- Audience growth technology
- Analytics and reporting dashboards
- Integration with third-party providers (including AI services, monetization systems, and compliance tools)
All Services are provided for professional and commercial use only.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have authority to bind your organization
- Use the Services solely for lawful business purposes
Open G Scale is not intended for consumer or personal use.
3. Account Access
Access to the platform is:
- Provided by invitation or agreement only
- Managed by Open G Scale or authorized partners
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of access credentials
- All activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access at our discretion.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
- Bypass security measures
- Interfere with system integrity
- Use the platform to distribute malicious content
- Misrepresent affiliation with Open G Scale
5. AI Services Disclaimer
Open G Scale integrates AI technologies, including third-party providers. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies
- Outputs are provided "as is"
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication
- Open G Scale does not guarantee accuracy, originality, or legal compliance of AI outputs
6. Monetization & Third-Party Integrations
The platform may integrate with:
- Google services
- Supply-side platforms (SSPs)
- AI providers
- Analytics providers
- Infrastructure vendors
Open G Scale does not control third-party systems and is not responsible for:
- Their availability
- Their pricing models
- Their technical failures
- Their data practices
7. Intellectual Property
All platform technology, software, design, trademarks, and documentation belong to Open G Scale or its licensors.
You retain ownership of:
- Your data
- Your content
- Your domains
You grant Open G Scale a limited license to process data solely for service delivery.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:
- Technical information
- Business information
- Platform architecture
- Pricing terms
- Client data
This obligation survives termination.
9. Service Availability
We aim to provide high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open G Scale shall not be liable for:
- Lost revenue
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Data loss
- Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to Open G Scale in the preceding 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Open G Scale against claims arising from:
- Misuse of the Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Content published using the platform
- Regulatory or compliance violations
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access:
- For violation of these Terms
- For security reasons
- For operational necessity
Upon termination:
- Access is revoked
- Data may be deleted subject to legal requirements
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
